Not rocks, but hard tasks, or goals, or shit other people aren’t willing to do.
That’s mainly the point.
Hard things are worth doing because they are hard. But really because when done, no one else can really do them. So you create a moat around your business, or mind, or investment strategy.

Someone can try to copy it, but they are probably going to cut corners, and do things the easier way, which isn’t the way you did them, keeping whatever you did different enough to be the much better option.
So, thinking in this way becomes a super power because you being to enjoy doing the hard things since you know you’re results are going to be 1000X better than the next person trying to do the same thing.
Which inevitably becomes a self re-enforcing loop.
You do more hard things because you liked enjoy the results, so you want to do more hard things to keep getting the spectacular results of doing hard things.
